Magsasampa raw ng reklamo si “Eat Bulaga” host-comedian Vic Sotto laban sa direktor na si Darryl Yap, kaugnay sa pelikulang “The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.
Batay sa ulat ng News 5, ihahain ang reklamo sa Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court, bukas ng Huwebes, Enero 9, ayon sa legal counsel ni Sotto.
Nauna nang sinabi ng direktor na hindi pa siya sigurado kung magso-sorry siya kay Vic matapos mabanggit ang pangalan nito sa teaser 1 ng pelikula.
Saad niya sa kaniyang Facebook post noong Lunes, Enero 6, “About Sir Vic Sotto, I’m not sure whether to offer an apology for his name being mentioned in the film.”

“Ipaliwanag mo sa akin, magsabi ka sa akin, ipaliwanag mo dahil hindi ko naiintindihan! Pepsi sumagot ka! Ni-rape ka ba ni Vic Sotto?” tanong ni Gina kay Rhed.
“Oo!” mariing sagot ni Rhed.

Makikita rin ang teaser sa Facebook page na “VinCentiments.” May pamagat ang teaser 1 na “LABAN O BAWI.”
Ang “Laban o Bawi” ay patok na game segment noon ng Eat Bulaga, noong nasa GMA Network pa ang nabanggit na noontime show.
