OPM icon Rico Blanco and BINI member Maloi sparked romance rumors after being spotted together in La Union.

BINI Maloi, whose full name is Mary Loi Yves Ricalde, is a talented member of the Filipino P-pop girl group BINI, managed by ABS-CBN’s Star Music. Born on May 27, 2002, she’s part of the younger generation of rising OPM artists.

Maloi is known for her stage presence and impressive vocal skills, making her a standout performer in the group.

Before her debut, Maloi underwent intensive training under Star Hunt Academy, a program designed to prepare aspiring P-pop artists for the spotlight.

Recently, Mike, X/Twitter user shared a video of the two walking across a street in the popular surf destination. The post quickly circulated online, fueling rumors of a possible romance between the two artists.

A lot of internet users have shared their thoughts after watching the viral clip.  Many netizens noted the huge age gap between the two, with Maloi just entering her early twenties. The video sparked debates online.

However, no confirmation or denial of any romantic connection has been made by either party.

Interestingly, the two were not alone during the La Union trip. The two artists wwere accompanied by other notable artists, including Agnes Reoma and Pat Lasaten from Ben&Ben, as well as Zild Benitez and Blaster Silonga.

Agnes even shared photos of the gathering on her Instagram Stories, showing the group enjoying time together. Maloi reposted the same IG Story, adding fuel to the speculation about their fellowship.

The gathering seemed to be a casual meet-up among musicians rather than a romantic getaway. The Instagram caption, “When the plan makes it out of the group chat,” noted that the outing might have been a result of an expected plan among friends.
